The mission of the 10th Ranger Regiment is to provide a highly immersive, engaging, and realistic experience while emulating the operational standards of the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment. Utilizing advanced game modifications, the regiment incorporates authentic weapons, equipment, and vehicles to mirror those used in real-world military operations. The regiment's organizational structure follows a precise platoon-level hierarchy, with tailored adjustments to optimize for gameplay while maintaining a focus on realism and tactical effectiveness.

The 10th Ranger Regiment conducts its operations through a well-defined framework. The S-3 Personnel (Gamemasters) design and execute dynamic, multi-week or multi-month campaigns, ensuring that each mission is creative and grounded in realism. These campaigns are often interlinked, with the actions of individual members directly influencing the outcome of subsequent missions. Additionally, the regiment places a strong emphasis on detailed pre-mission planning, where platoon leaders collaborate to develop comprehensive operation orders, anticipate enemy movements, and prepare for various contingencies.

Above all, the regiment’s operations are characterized by a commitment to mastering foundational skills and fostering exceptional teamwork. Each operation is structured to encourage precise coordination and effective execution, ensuring that all members contribute to the success of the mission.

Our campaigns are designed to be continuous, with the current operational focus set in the deserts of Iraq, where we are engaged in our third major invasion. This overarching narrative provides a long-term framework that immerses our members in a persistent, evolving conflict.

In terms of play style, the 10th Ranger Regiment strives to authentically emulate the tactics and operational structure of a light infantry platoon. All objectives and missions are executed as a cohesive platoon effort, with each squad and element working in unison toward a common goal within the same operational space. Given our focus on light infantry tactics, vehicle operations are limited and are used sparingly, ensuring that the primary emphasis remains on infantry skills, maneuvering, and coordination.

We place the highest value on our members' time and aim to provide a seamless, organized experience. When you join us for a Sunday evening operation, everything is meticulously planned and coordinated in advance, minimizing downtime and confusion. This commitment to efficiency extends throughout the entire operation, allowing for a focused and immersive gameplay experience from start to finish.

Regarding our approach to "MilSim," we strike a balance between realism and fun. While we maintain key elements of military discipline—such as "yes sir, no sir" protocols—we’ve adapted certain tactics and formats to better suit the unique dynamics of the game. Our goal is to ensure that the experience is both authentic and enjoyable, fostering an environment where tactical realism enhances the fun of the operation rather than hindering it.
