1. Situation
   1. 1. Area of Interest - AO Cadillac
         1. Terrain
            1. Obstacles & Fields of Fire. AO Cadillac is a dry savannah with sparse vegetation throughout. Sightlines are open for 500m+. Terrain is mainly level with hills around the objectives. +/- 20m elevation in microterrain. 
            2. Avenues of Approach. MSRs provide access to the AO from every direction. Movement throughout may be met with staunch resistance and possible IED threats. 
            3. Key Terrain.  Beachhead to the west of the AO is being established in conjunction with USMC forces. Airfield to the West provides a solid base of operations for the insurgent forces, as well as high probability of AA threats.
            4. Cover and Concealment. Sparse trees provide little cover/concealment for maneuvers. Microterrain provides the most cover for soldiers on the ground. 
      2. Weather. Clear skies, light weather conditions. 
      3. Time and Light Conditions.  1200L, high light conditions
   2. Enemy Forces. 
      1. Size. Enemy elements operate in primarily platoon-size elements, split into squad/section sized elements working nigh independently from one another. Expect platoon+ amount of enemy forces.
      2. Capabilities. Heavily armed technicals (DShK, M2), Soviet-era armor (Early T-series tanks, BMP, BTR), fanatical and driven troops, very high likelihood improvised explosive devices (IED/VBIED), suicide bombing tactics, MANPADs/AAA in AO
      3. Recent Activity. Marine conventional forces have come into contact whilst establishing a beachhead. MARSOC forces have become pinned down on a mission to kill/capture an HVI. 
      4. Expected Course of Action. Enemy sets up heavy defensive perimeter around towns and airfield. Expect heavy resistance when pushing into objectives.
   3. Friendly Forces
      1. Higher Units. 
      2. Adjacent Units. 1st Raider Squad, Team 8313, C Co, 3rd MRB has been encircled after an ambush on their mission to the North and are requesting QRF. 
      3. Supporting Units. 432d Wing (USAF) Drone Support.
      4. Civilian Considerations. Small civilian presence within AO. Be aware of explosive usage within towns/cities. Check your shots in CQB environments. 
      5. Attachments/Detachments.  NA

1. Mission. Neptune 1st PLT, 10th Ranger Regiment conducts an air assault from USS Freedom to establish a beachhead. Once beachhead is established, they will conduct a PLT attack on the city of Chongo IOT capture a TV broadcasting station. They are then to capture the airfield to the East, IOT open the avenue for FW CAS. Then, along with support from CAS/ISR elements, they are to conduct route clearance en route to QRF for the MARSOC elements.

1. Sustainment
   1. Ammunition & Reinsertion will be provided by 160th SOAR assets or via ground ferry. No reinsertions will be brought in via teleportation, except for technical issues.
   2. This operation is projected to have engagement distances within 800 meters.
