His work has achieved a level of precision so terrifying that the members of the section are now convinced he can hear the trajectory in his mind and his sections leader actively fears for his job. His peers now regard him as a sort of indirect fires oracle, consulted only when the gods of range and deflection demand tribute. The sheer magnitude of his contribution cannot be overstated — not because of its very precise impact, but because nobody else can understand what the fuck he did to get where he is. His actions bring great credit upon himself, Neptune Platoon, and the Department of Defense’s special education fund.
